Twisted Angel Brewery have added even more personality to their Beverley establishment with the proud new owners, Barry and Helen Wilson.

The entrepreneurial couple have taken over the reigns at the fledgling Beverley based brewery, with a view to develop the distinctive brand to rank alongside some of the area’s more established brewers, whilst maintaining its friendly, Yorkshire qualities.

The original founder, Matt Hall, is still very much involved as Head Brewer, now having more time to develop an ever-increasing range of great tasting beers and ales. This includes the first ever Christmas beers; Befana, a Chocolate Orange Stout and Gluvine, a Christmas Spiced Wheat Beer and with lots of amazing ideas already brewing for 2019, Matt is going to be extremely busy.

Barry Wilson, the new brewery owner says: “Helen and I are so excited about the opportunity that has presented itself. We are under no illusions, there is a lot of hard work ahead and with the support of customers old and new, I feel sure we can make Twisted Angel something we are all extremely proud of.”

Over the coming weeks, Barry and Helen will be out and about meeting as many of Twisted Angel’s customers and suppliers as they can, and hope you will be just as excited as they are, to see how the story of Twisted Angel Brewery will unfold.
